WHO AM I?

I’m a young lady with many children and I’ve been a dietitian/nutritionist for over 20 years. I love cooking for a big crowd. It truly brings me joy to be in the kitchen, and I want to share that with you — the simplicity of cooking and eating healthily. I’ve been on this journey for a long time. I created and hosted a nutrition segment for 2 years on Brazil’s largest television network, TV Globo, among many other projects on TV. I was born in Brazil, but I  live in Canada.
I’m also a big enthusiast of living life to the fullest.
